Happy Thanksgiving

As families gather together for today’s Thanksgiving meal, we gather around for good ol’ hotpot. Yummy :)

Besides Chinese New Year, I love Thanksgiving holiday the most. Back in elementary school, I remember sitting in class making arts and crafts and learning about the pilgrims and the Indians. The notion of being thankful and the image of pumpkin pies and fall leaves stayed with me. I am thankful for many things, but the most thankful is that my families and friends are in good health. Everything starts with good health as you go about to achieving your goals and dreams in life. So a toast to good health to everyone out there. Cheers!
