Nana & Brison: Kekaha Neighborhood Center | Kekaha, HI

Congratulations to Nana and Brison on their upcoming bay boy! It was a low key, laid back affair at the Kekaha Neighborhood Center with families and friends. The food, catered by Brison’s own family was absolutely delicious!

Aulii Luau at Sheraton Kauai Resort | Kauai, Hawaii

Since the move to Kauai, I haven’t been out much on nightly entertainment. Most of my outings on the island revolves around hiking, grocery shopping in Costco and Big Save, Farmer’s Market at Hanapepe, and walks on the beach. I was in Poipu and decided to stop by the Sheraton Resort to see their luau. For those that never attended a luau, it’s a must do when you are in Hawaii. A luau is a traditional Hawaiian party with amazing food, drink and live entertainment. The focus is to give you a slice of Hawaiian’s culture and traditions in the Spirit of Aloha. Meander your way through the plethora of Hawaiian dishes such as lau lau, poi, poke, kalua pig, lomi salmon, opihi and haupia. Grab some mai tai and enjoy the music and hula!
