Congratulations to Pam and Vichet on their amazing two day wedding celebration! And a killer wedding party, too! With EIGHT clothing changes in two days that was a production in itself. I’ve met so many super nice people and saw some reception table games that future grooms wish I never knew. It’s definitely nice to shoot a wedding speaking in Khmer. We were well taken care of with delicious food throughout the long day. The weather forecast on the day we were suppose to do portrait at Sayen Gardens, severe thunderstorm. The humidity makes it worst and I feel so bad for the guys in their suits, but the whole bridal party were troopers and we trod on with umbrellas in hopes of it dying down a bit.
Bright and early the next day! The sky opened up for some beautiful sun. Many thanks to Megan Carrie for 2nd shooting on the second day. You are much appreciated girl! The Groom’s processional was supposed to be on Friday but was pushed back because of the rain. With a quick 3 hours nap I’m back at Pam’s place again.
The most emotional knot tying ceremony I’ve ever seen. The live band was playing, the priest is talking, everyone else is talking but yet the actions were real and the tears keep rolling. It was so touching.
Congrats Pam and Vichet. It was a crazy 2 days full of love, laughter, tears, Khmer music, and lots of crouching. You both look like you’re having the time of your life and I’m honored to have photographed your wedding. I’m glad your mom found me through the newspaper Pam! Enjoy the slideshow below. If you are at work make sure to turn your speak DOWN!
